TLFF's Elementary & Middle School Summer Academic Camp Program has several different service options available to assist in meeting the diversity of needs our community of students' require.
"NO VACATION FROM EDUCATION"
TLFF's 3rd-8th grade program focuses on individualized academic remediation. We begin with an academic and learning style inventory. Moving to specialize lessons with small grouped, tiered instruction. We use thematic units, a variety of teaching strategies, including multi-sensory/modality hands on approach. TLFF supports learning theories that promote teaching and instruction through researched based interventions. Students work on projects and crafts and have outside activities daily.
Children bring a healthy, picnic style, bagged lunch, water bottle and 2nd drink.
Summer Schedule is as follows:
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday's Time: 8:30 - 12:30 daily Dates: June 18- August 10, 2012 (upon availability)
High School Summer Session
Our commitment to all students continues throughout the summer as we offer an opportunity for students to continue their education during the summer months of June, July and August.
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Time: 8:30 - 12:30 (4) four hour sessions Dates: June 18 - August 10, 2012: (upon availability)
REDO & GO FOR IT!
Students in grades 9th - 12th can earn State Accredited High School course credit by utilizing Florida Virtual School (FLVS) courses. Change those F's and D's for grade forgiveness and/or grade recovery. Also, consider getting a jump start on your course load for the new school year and accelerate utilizing "TLFF's AWESOME Teachers & Facilitators" right by your side!
